Logitech by Linda TlapaI love this remote, but my technically challenged husband has had difficulty with it. It sort of like you can't teach an old dog new tricks syndrome. We had to return one because it didn't charge properly and the customer service from this company was outstanding. All in all, if you have numerous hookups with your TV this will help you with a push of a button, but you need to be patient and be sure to point the remote at your hookups.
